Tired of it!

American frustration

I have sent letters and called in an effort to get my bill back to a paper bill in the mail. I sent a letter with 0ayment on 1/26/19 think8ng that wo7ld do it. CA# 8024. Each time it is “taken care of ” supposedly and then I receive an email that it is overdue and pay now. And add the “convenience fee”. I called again today and when I became frustrated because I was having a difficult time understanding the rep he simply hung up on me. Your customer service is some of the worst that I have encountered. I went in today, again, and tried to change to a paper bill. The constant lack of follow through certainly makes my credit rating look like I don’t pay my bills on time when in reality it is your organization that continues to follow through. As soon as I paid the bill online today I received a “no_reply” message saying you got my payment with the additional little convenience fee. God forbid you can reach an individual who speaks clear English that could assist in clearing things up. I am sure no one is really gonna read this either and if they did I would receive an auto generated message (no reply status of course) saying sorry you had a bad experience whoever you are, wherever you are, but can’t help you out.... try online ?


App Issues

This app doesn’t work most of the time. Maybe some maintenance needs to be done to ensure there aren’t any glitches in the app. That is very frustrating and inconvenient. There is no need to have this app downloaded if I have to continue to log into the actual website in order to make a payment.


Slide to Pay is Horrible

The option to simply slide to pay is a horrible idea. Typically with an option such as this will take you to another step before confirming. This is what I thought was occurring- I could enter in a specified amount before confirming. Please change this to avoid numerous bank reversals or lack of use of the app.

After the update yesterday, I can no longer see my Usage data, Peak time savings, and all that. PLEASE ADD THIS BACK! The app is pretty much useless without it....


2019 update removed best features

ComEd pushed a forced update that removed the hourly pricing information. That was my most frequently used reason for using the app. The information left over is mostly just view your bill stuff in a convoluted layout.


Update is awful.

Usage info is totally gone. I like to review now and again as we have a solar roof and want to monitor to make sure it is producing as expected. This seems to have limited features now.


Hourly use no more available.

The new version does not allow to see daily/hourly reading (on digital meters) so compared to the previous version it is useless.
