This app helps to keep track of electric bill. Thank you for the opportunity to check my electric bill and save money by adjusting my usage.


Used to be great app

Not sure what happened to this app, but half the functionality is gone. All i can really do is report outages. The billing section is gone, cant compare anything. Why is storm mode forced on me when there is no storm? Why do you feel you need to remove all functions to show storm mode? There should be an option to override it!

I feel as ComEd has lost their customer service touch, you call in you can’t even speak to a human anymore just recordings and the app. Trying to figure out why most the neighborhood has power again and a couple streets don’t and crews have left. Can’t even get in a q to talk to anyone and the app says “we don’t know” and no one to reach out to. Sad.

I like the use of this app and the information that it provides. I enjoyed the advance notices & the ability to track pass information on my account. Along with the ability to pay 24/7. Being a senior and not text savvy, I do not find this app intimidating at all. It’s a great tool to make use of. Michael. W Aurora,IL.

Every month I may be a few days late making my payment and they put me on shut off. I only owe the month I’m in!! It’s absolutely frustrating! I can’t stand com Ed!

Now I got an email as well as notice that there will be no fee but yet each time I pay my bill it’s one. Why do I have to wait 4-6weeks to get it back when it took 1-2 seconds to take my payment.
