Apparently all one can see on this app are the totals not the actual bill. When you try to click on the pdf to see the breakdown all it does is spin endlessly. Been trying for a half hour and getting increasingly frustrated
This app is horrible. It frequently crashes, and freezes. If you’re trying to view something urgently, expect to stay on a loading screen until it times out. Amazing how much money they take from us and still provide terrible service.
In the last month I haven’t been able to adjust my heat. It doesn’t seem as if they service the app. ??
Reasonably good access to reporting power outages, and identifying outage locations on maps, and retrieving account data. My compliments to them for developer response to problematic system response encounters which may occasionally occur.
I believe whom every receiving the accounts are not logging in the information without errors
Received an e-bill 2/22/21 for a payment last 8/14/20. BGE is screwed up. And doesn’t know it! Record shows it was all paid in August 2020. What is going on with this company?
You can’t even look at your bill pdf without the entire app going haywire
I paid my bill for the first time with this app this month, and BGE charged me twice. That’s cash out of my checking account. I called and the customer service rep said my choices were 1) they would send me a check, which would take 2 weeks; 2) I could ask my bank to dispute the charge; or 3) they would just keep my money until my next bill is due. I know for a fact they can wire my money back to my account if they wanted to, but they won’t. I just deleted this app. Never again.
If payment is pending, the amount due should be zero with an asterisk. The amount to pay is not obvious.
