Why is it so hard for companies to make apps compatible with updated iOS software? This app is not compatible with iOS 13. You are owned by one of the largest utilities in the US and you can not afford to have a team updating apps as needed?
Worked ok till I had to change my password now no matter how many times I do the forgot password option I can not log into the app only the website, and the website doesn’t let me into my thermostats remotely.... two thumbs down!
Spoke to cust. svc. and told to fix it on my phone (which presumes my app when opened will let me access Touch ID (yep - it displays a special screen entitled touch ID and the option is a big “X” - dead, no response, etc. Your new update, DPL, has me on an endless loop.
Will not respond to logins that work on the web site. Once the app is established with a password it won’t recognize it for subsequent log ins. Deleted the app from my phone. I now log in through a Safari bookmark.
App works great but I have the new 11 Pro iPhone with the capability to utilize Face ID to log into apps. This app use to have the ability to log in with Touch ID. Please update/fix the app to accept Face ID as well please
I installed this app after the installation of a programmable thermostat. The app works well and makes it easy to control my thermostat remotely. This is a real convenience and money saver. There’s lots of Delmarva information on the website. Perhaps there should be a separate Delmarva app just for the thermostat. The Touch ID is very inconsistent and rarely works, which requires the typing in of the password every usage. Tech support for this app is basically nonexistent. After being transferred several times over about 30 minutes, the support person acknowledged not having any answers and suggested I turn my phone off, which I had already tried.
This app has log-in errors every time I use it. I selected not to have a paper bill so it is a complete hassle every month.
My husband and I spent a whole day trying to sign up and create an account with this app, every time i got an error saying that my username isn’t valid, tries a whole bunch and won’t work. Bugged app, paying your bill should not be this hard and frustrating.
It’s like it was never updated since 2000. As a company you should have a better presentation for any with your logo on it. This app is Unacceptable.
