Doesn’t load properly.. takes too long to make a payment and I don’t know why there would be a fee.. very dumb!

This app never seems to reflect the right balance or payment information and tends to be more confusing than helpful at times. Tells me one thing and then I’ll receive a text telling me something different, and then online shows something entirely different as well. WTH?
