Great app

It’s a great app very user friendly but now Face ID isn’t working. I turned it off and turned it back on and it won’t work so I hope its fixed that soon
For a utility company this app rocks!

You can make payments, view download and send and save bills enroll in programs and connect with customer service reps right from the app. I use and iPad and it works great!

Doesn’t tell you when the bill is do even if you set up for alerts!!!
Be careful this app made a payment without my knowledge

I’ve never used this app to pay my bill only to check what’s due some how while checking my bill amount it paid my bill after I had already scheduled a payment through my bank. I’ve never even loaded my card info into this app !!!!!
