You are supposed to choose 3 out of 4 rules for PW. THEY don’t say YOU MUST HAVE A SPECIAL CHAR. SO I created PW without special char that was accepted BUT I COULD NEVER LOGIN IN. given ambiguous err msg after 6 attempts called customer service THE BEST snd was told I needed a special char. The developers are very sloppy with documentation and checking their own s/w. This is the worst App ever. I have spent multiple days and about 3 hours trying to fix ON MY OWN

In case there is a storm or storm damage in the area, the front page shifts to a function more relevant to reporting power outage, etc. This is great. But at the same time other functions are not hidden; they are just not available (such as daily/hourly use graphs).

The app is fine and easy to use.I downloaded the app because my recent bill seemed a bit high.The main reason was because last months bill was over 29 days and this one was over 33 days. I see you charged me 80 cents late fee because my payment was a few days late last month.Really?After being a customer for over 30 years from the same residence and a good payment history charging me a late fee is kind of chincy.Can you please email me with an explanation for that.Thanks

Every time I try to login it says "session expired please login again". I am not signed in to comed on any other machine or browser.

I get constant reminders to pay my bill. The last bill I paid I put my checking account and they somehow put my old debit card on file and never got processed but never got any notifications saying payment didn’t get processed or an email! So now they doubled my bill!

Every time I try to look at a bill the app takes five minutes to think about it and then reports that the bill is not available at this time and to please try back later. Useless!

My ComEd Smart Meter is a Dumb Meter in my opinion. Why? My Furnace needs two Legs of 110 to supply 220 to operate my Furnace. But my ComEd Smart Meter can only detect a Full Outage of 220, both 110 Legs. How many times do we lose just one Leg of 110? Well it happens more than you would want. It happened to my neighbor and me and ComEd checked both Smart Meters and Said their was NO Outage at either of our homes. But when it is zero degrees out side, only half your house has Lights on, Furnace won’t start, IS THIS APP GOING TO WAKE UP ComEd and tell them I really have a Partial Outage? This is 2022 and I would Love a Real Intelligent Power Meter and APP to Alert Me and ComEd about ALL Types of Outages (Partial and Full)! Can you do that this Year ComEd???????? That is what I want for Christmas 2022 from ComEd! And yes I am a Stock Holder too! I hope I don’t have to attend a Stock Holder’s Meeting to get this fixed!
