Why go to the pool store?

This app. has everything the fancy machine at the pool store has.

When you try to enter the calculations for spas, it rejects it and won’t even let you create an account to read the test strips. Fix your app! At least let people create an account. OR, remember that your products say that it’s for pool and SPA’s.

Listed as Clorox pool & spa but doesn’t work with spa

Completely misleading. Package states Clorox pool & spa but once account is set up it states it works with pool water only.

I loaded this app a few years ago to help me maintain my hot tub. It’s not designed for that even though it said pool AND spa. So I deleted it. Now I’m trying to maintain my moms pool, so I installed it again and it won’t do anything! Literally nothing! I pull it up and it gives me all of these options and I click on one and it takes me to the log in screen and stops working. It tells me to close the app and start over, I initially thought that it was the internet service at my mothers house, so I tried logging in someplace else and still nothing! I’m really disappointed.

Right off - the testing tabs say “pool and spa” testing strips use our app. Ok cool. I’ll do that. Got the strips. Install the app. Have to register and create an account...okay. Fine. First question - how many gallons? 450. Oops...won’t let me enter anything smaller. Smallest is 1000 gallons. The title does say “Pool” but the test strips say “Pools and Spa”. So disappointed. ??‍♂️

I’d rate the app higher if you could put in a spa functionality, or at least let us put a pool volume of less than 1000 gallons for accurate measurements of products for those of us with a spa. You sell pool & spa strips, might want the app to be usable with the spas ?

I have really loved using this app. It user friendly and makes buying supplies very easy. I’ve been using the app for about 2 months and right now it is freezing after I put in my water test results. It won’t move to the screen that tells me what I need to add.

I brought the test strips because I wanted to use the app. However, I can't use the app without setting up an account. I can't set up an account unless I provide information for a pool. Hot tub dimensions are rejected.
