The app won’t even open up! I redownloaded several times and same result. I just get a blue screen that says Clorox

This app is only to Sell Clorox products! I put yesterday one bottle stain free Clorox then today again they are telling me I need one! I check also my pool with Leslie’s water tester and I don’t need anything: chlorine is 2, PH 7.4 alkalinity is 100! With Clorox app chlorine is 1, PH 6.8, alkalinity 120! They just want to sell products!
Pool and spa??? Or just pool?

Bought it because the box said it was pool and spa. Set up the account only pool and over 1,000 gallons was allowed. I’ll be going back to the store tomorrow to purchase a spa kit.

Clorox test strip and apps say I have 0.0 free chlorine. Went to two pool stores, both teated at 1.85 free chlorine. Most tests with the app were way off from the two pool stores. I spent $200 getting clorox supplies that were not needed.

I like the app however the test history does not work!!!! The loading sign just continues to turn and never provides history. Please help!!!

The graph sections of the APP does not work. It says that I did not do the test. It used to work fine but for a long time it has not been working.

Makes you create an account. Why! Will not use the app and once I have used the strips will not be buying anything more from Clorox. Looking at other comments I bet this app is not even well maintained probably got out sourced and original devs are gone.
Can’t use with a hot tub (spa)!

Wish I could do zero stars. I can’t set up an account because it won’t take the measurements for my spa. It’s too small. So I can’t access any of the testing info. The package says Pool&Spa. False advertising. Frustrating and a waste of money for the more expensive test strips.

I have always taken care of my own pool, but there is one catch, I’m color blind. So I have always had to have someone else read the test results for me. I got the app a couple of days ago and now I can “read” the results myself. Thanks!
