I am first time owner of pool . Did not know how to keep up with water chemicals. Colored app helped really well , now I am look like expert in maintaining pool.

I have wasted more test strips on the app not being able to read my results than I care to count...but I will; based on the cost of a bottle of strips, Clorox owes me $30.00.

It would help me if I could enter a “reading” between say 7.8 and 8.4 for ph. What I have to do now is enter a reading for 8.4 and then a reading for 7.8 and average the amount of chemical needed. This is frequently necessary for other measurements as well. Otherwise, the app is very good. Ken K. Charleston, SC
Strips ok, app not so ok

The scan of the strip is inconsistent and leads to wrong decisions on what to add. I have compared the strips to my Taylor reagent tests and they are close when I scan several times I get a different reading every time. Do Not trust the scanned readings.

this is such a waste of time. We bought the test strips, it says it’s so simple but they want this whole stupid profile just to try to up sell products & then never actually help answer any questions. ????

I assumed when I bought the kit for my above ground Pool the app would make it easier for me, a first time Pool owner, to calculate how much to Chlorine to put in and when to put it in. When I opened the app it was already hard to know what to do next. I would have thought it would make it easier on me when I made my account, with all the information I put in. When I used the 6 way test kit and pressed results I was flooded with a so many Pool chlorine kits available online at Walmart to order. It would be better if it told me how much chlorine to put in with the Clorox Pool kit I already have. This app did not help me calculate how much stuff to put, it just told me what to buy and how much it was. It’s a big marketing strategy if anything. Please make this app easier to use. The whole time I watched quick videos on the Clorox YouTube channel. I just want to have a nice Pool for the kids to play in. Instead of having to worry about if I put too much chlorine and possibly injure my family.
