Measurement Values Conversion Required

I have been unable to find a measuring cup that actually measures in fractions of a pound. This app would be much more useful if the recommended chemicals to add were provided in ounces.

Give Me Measurements

Phaedronn

The latest version of the app does not specify the amount of shock or algicide to add. It simply says I must buy these. Times are tough, and I have a little above ground pool. I have little use for an app that is geared toward getting me to spend money. I just want to maintain my pool. Greedy corporations just can’t seem to stop themselves from ruining functionality at the chance to nab a wallet. You hate to see it.

Look elsewhere

Love the app, hate Walmart

dminmem

“Buy products” defaults to Walmart when the closest retailer to me is Lowe’s. Regardless, I wouldn’t buy from Walmart if it was next door to me. The app needs functionality around choosing from which retailer to purchase as a default.

Unable to unsubscribe

I keep getting emails and I want to unsubscribe from the email list but it takes me to the app when I click unsubscribe and I can’t find any way to unsubscribe in the app.

Clorox Pool app

HARDTOPOSTONESTAR

Useless, unless you don’t mind forced intrusion. I want to test, get a report & take MY chosen action(s). Clorox wants to Force me to provide tons of private and personal information, to “create an account”, before I can access a simple test result. Clorox wants to ensure they can Saturate Market Me with Their exact type and amount of products. I didn’t buy an expensive product, just for the privilege of being inundated by Clorox ads! This entire system is a marketing scam to get enough of our personal information to sneakily ensure we buy all Clorox products, Shameful! I’m returning mine, rather than give Clorox free access to target market me. Ridiculous, anyone would voluntarily give Clorox all their personal information to saturate us with ads and control what they recommend. Think they ever tell you generic solutions you can buy cheaply anywhere? Sucker! All they do is push their own, overpriced, mostly unnecessary junk. Shameful, marketing has stooped to this type control and manipulation. Worse the moronic masses have been conditioned to just comply. Sheep, all.

Love this very convenient to use. Clear instructions of chemicals needed.

Fix to work consistently, please.

WHEN it works, it is great. The problem is mostly it ‘does not recognize the test strip.’ Ahrgh??

Annoying

Not into it constant emails advertisements and alerts

No ability to scan test strip as advertised

Disappointed Pool Guy

App took all my information to create a profile. Was supposed to be able to scan the test strip but no option was available. No error messages or anything. I feel like I was scammed to get my information. Expected more from Clorox. Other users beware.
