The test strips advertise pool and spa. But the app will not support a spa because 500 gallons is too small for their app. False advertising.

Water capacity has to be set to 1000 gallons or more, which would severely overestimate chemicals needed.

The app pops up with two children jumping into a pool with the allow don't allow with the finger automatically on the allow. Whatever I have done the screen does not respond. I have deleted and reinstalled. Nothing works. Granted I am using an older I pad. Whatever is at the bottom of the screen is not visible or accessible.

Requiring name and address etc. and needing to create an account is ridiculous. Returned the test strips and deleted the app. Waste of time for what should have been a simple app.

First they give you nothing and want all of your history and info. Then you still get no help. It is impossible to even get a read. Thank goodness there are other products out there to use.

Don’t get me wrong. I do love the Chlorox Pool products. Their 6 in one shock is amazing. But I don’t trust this app. I have never gotten results where I don’t need to add anything no matter how thorough I follow the directions. I tested it and it showed me that I needed several items. I took a sample to Leslie’s Pool Suppy and they said I only needed to put one thing in it.

The liquid tester is testing for Chlorine-Bromine -pH. The Apps is asking for Free Cl -Total Cl - pH. There is no explanation for what is what and how to adjust the chemicals. Seem like they cut cost in explaining or detailing information for general users. Took me time to do all research on internet.

I got this app because I wanted to conform that what I was seeing on the test strip was what I was suppose to be seeing. Before you can scan the test strip, this app makes you go through a crazy signup process where it asks you tons of questions about your pool they you Probobly don’t know, it don’t care to look up, takes all your information, and then hands forever to finally get you an account. It was way easier for me to just try to do it myself with the included tester supplies when I bought my tester from the store.

Test history doesn’t work. Just spins like it’s loading but nothing happens or it crashes. I do have the most recent version.
