Just installed app on iPhone and the button on bottom of first screen to advance to next screen is out of reach. I’m stuck on the first screen and can’t advance at all. Worthless.
It’s not a spa app.
it's a laugher
If you note, the name is pool with a very small font that says Spa. The info they want is for a pool not a hot tub.

I just tested my pool water twice, 45 minutes apart. Two different results. Waste of time and money. I’m going back to HTH test strips and using our pool store for an ACCURATE analysis.
Can not get it to work

Have downloaded 3 times and it won’t even get past the screen when you click allow.

First of all, you can’t use the app until you create an account. Then it won’t let you create an account unless you fill in all this information about a swimming pool, which the minimum required size is at least 1000 gallons. I’m trying to use this for a 500 gallon hot tub and this seems pretty ridiculous.

If you do everything the app says to do you will need fat pockets. I’ve been using another testing app and strips side by side and basically it comes down to shocking the pool, chlorine tabs, and brushing the walls of the pool twice a week. I have a robot vacuum that runs at night so that helps as well. The Clorox shock and tablets work great but everything else is overkill and unnecessary. Muriatic acid is good to have on hand if your PH is high.

I do not understand why I have to give you email address and crest an account. I can not wait for Apple to release the cloud+ so I can start using fake emails for things like this.
