It is super helpful and exact result. Now all my family can enjoy if our small Pool and Spa too.

Despite being labeled Clorox pool and spa, once all the calculations are done the very first page says these calculations are not for spas. This is a complete waste of my time because I was specifically looking for an app that would do pool chemistry for my 200 gallon spa. I attempted to trick the system by making sure I was within the 1000 gallon minimum by telling the app I had a 2000 gallon pool and then I would simply divide by 10 with whatever chemicals it told me to add. However once I did that the very first page that then opened up told me these Calculations are not for spas! What a waste of time.

Fix the app please

I love the way this app measures my spa chemicals, HOWEVER, their recent upgrade requires you to continuously re-log in after your have tested the water. So, in order to get the recommendations, you have to quit the app, re-login and take ANOTHER test strip thereby wasting strips. Not good. Thanks

Crazy readings that make no sense

I have a saltwater pool. It seems like it doesn’t really take a lot of that into account and making its suggestions. It told me my chlorine was too high and my stabilizer was too high. The only way I could have high stabilizer if I was using chlorinating tablets which of course I don’t give them that I use a saltwater pool. But it told me that my stabilizer was over 300 essentially off the charts. So I took my sample to an actual pool store. My stabilizer was in the right range-in the 60s. It also makes suggestions for using things to combat high calcium but it does not take account for having a vinyl liner in which calcium doesn’t really matter. I recommend a legitimate test kit or take samples to your local pool store. Don’t waste your time with this.

The app doesn’t measure anything less than 1000 - like a spa. I paid good money thinking this would work but the option isn’t there. Why do the call these products “pool & spa”?

I have been having issues this summer with my pool. It was constantly changing and my chlorine was too high, but I still had algae! S I bought the Clorox tests strips and downloaded the Clorox App! Best decision of my pool life. The strips are easy to use and you can read them or take a picture and send it to the app or online. I love how it tells you what you need, adds it to my cart, lets me pick my retailer and I pay for it. The products came in 2 days and now my pool is perfection!!!! I will continue to use Clorox strips, products and App for the rest of my days. I am so happy their is a system from Clorox that makes pool chemistry effortless. THANK YOU CLOROX Nichole Sheetz

Not for Hot Tubs

Despite what the bottle of test strips says, this app isn’t applicable to hot tubs. I didn’t discover this until going through the steps to sell my information (create account). The “scan with camera” functionally didn’t work after 5 tries, so I uninstalled.
