Have used Hipstamatic for over ten years and still using the combinations to create standout photos. The Hipstamatic staff respond to questions and care about their product and are here to stay amidst the pop-up photo app creators who offer. No support and are here only for the profit. Long-term quality!

I’ve invested quite a penny in this app and I liked it until I cannot get my pictures from my 200 library and it is a shame it’s been 2 months and only got warnings about help but not help at all! This is just getting annoying Please help

I loved this app in the beginning, but now it's too messy. It's impossible to remember which lens and which film and which flash does what. Add in the time of trying to find it if you have more than a few, and this is just a pain to use.

I’m now unable to edit photos in hipstamatic. Updated to iOS13.1. Icon says downloading from iCloud but no options to edit are available. It just keeps saying downloading from iCloud. Also appears the yellow downloading circle is a complete circle. Assistance please?

Just got the free upgrade to X. Seems there is no way to grab photos from your photo library, except for the ones taken with Hipsta. The old version allowed access to all your photos so you could use all your purchased filters, lenses, films. No more? Please tell me that feature is not gone and ill give this a 5 star again.

I‘be been a "Hipsta" user from the beginning. One of the best things was the multi-shot feature. It’s taken a while backup the app is just right. And now the developers want us to move to a new revamped version of the Hipstamatic experience without the multiple exposure feature? And give up all the organization we had with the old but good app? No thanks. Sure it’s free. But no thanks. Any long time user will not appreciate the changes, and any new user will get lost in the sea of lenses and film options organized like an Apple Watch home screen. This (older) app is just right. Please keep it updated and allow us to continue using something we already paid into over the years. - Peace
