Can’t edit pictures anymore

Ever since I updated to 13, I am unable to edit pictures taken which my phone. It says downloading from cloud and then does nothing. On both my phone and two iPads. Deleted and reinstalled, still can’t.

i was ‘invited’ to preorder this app because i’ve been using hipstamatic since 2012. i was told it would be free since i was such a long time customer (previously purchasing films and lenses). it’s not free. it requires a yearly membership that cost more than adobe’s yearly photoshop license for photographers. what a joke this app has become and what a shame i spent so much money on the previous app

I have been loved Hipstamatic for years but with the new Update I can no longer use any of the packs I have purchased. I tried the new version of the app as well but cannot access any of my library photos. Please restore the app we know and love, along with all of the packs we have spent money purchasing over the years!

After all these years this app still makes taking photos on iPhone fun and exciting. I've used it since 2010 and have brought a ton of kits. I hope they keep this app going for another 10 years, love it!
We need to be able to set film/lens/flash via Hipstapack

[Edit: Oh, there it is.] Like, seriously? I have to look at a pack and remember the film/lens combination and then scroll through to match them? Yuck. Come on y’all.

I recently had an issue, after the iOS 13 update, with downloading pics to edit. I contacted customer support, got a reply, and a fix to the problem in a reasonable amount of time. This is my favorite app and I want to thank customer support for addressing my problem in a timely manner.

Hipstamatic is one of my most favorite apps that I use all the time. I have every lens and film and pak. But it’s been acting the fool the past week. I can’t switch to telephoto because it freezes. And today it just started not saving my edits. So basically it’s useless right now. I’m so annoyed!
View finder still blurry

My viewfinder has been blurry for since iOS 13 came out. I photo, then blur. I tried support, they didn’t have a resolution. I’m sure it has to do with the new subscription model camera app, but I own all the rest in the original app. FIX IT!
