Nobody helps after 4 months (more than 120 days) – Classic Camera by Hipstamatic Review

I’ve invested quite a penny in this app and I liked it until I cannot get my pictures from my 200 library and it is a shame it’s been 2 months and only got warnings about help but not help at all! This is just getting annoying Please help
