This app is useful only in that I’m able to check my account balance and transactions. The app does not have a feature that allows the user to search for deposits and withdrawals of specific amounts and the user cannot search for keywords when looking up transactions.

does not work on ipad IOS 11.3.1 Can only access on android phone and on older ipad IOS 9.3.5 . Citizens and Apple - get in sync!!!

I have been with the bank for 20 years. I have never had a problem with any of my accounts and they are always attentive to my requests often alerting me to new ways of saving or making money by using different accounts or tying my accounts together. Over the years I have had accounts in almost every bank in the area and none have been as easy to use or more rewarding as Citizens Bank. Love the online banking!!

Have used this app for several years. Of all the bank and financial services app Citizens is the absolute worse by a long shot. You can’t log in at night, you can’t use Face ID to login even though this feature has been around for many months and all other institutions and apps have adopted it EXCEPT CITIZENS. Chase and Bank of America apps are always several steps ahead and now even many more than before. It’s nothing but a hassle dealing with Citizens these days and this is after 25 years of banking with them.
