Can’t pay people w/Zelle

Since Citizens Bank switched from Pop Money to Zelle I’ve not been able to pay the one person I set up to pay through Zelle. My phone is verified as is the receiver’s. Citizens’ Customer Service has been no help in getting this resolved.
App is prehistoric

The app is VERY basic. Doesn’t give you detailed descriptions of transactions like other banking apps do. And it loads too slow

App does not reflect true account balance

The app will show you all your pending and cleared transactions but your balance in your account may not be correct. The app is not in real time. Do not rely on this app for your balance. It may cause you to overdraw your checking if not careful. Totally unreliable
Great bank and great service

Please ignore the bad review. I have been a customer of this bank for many, many years and they are quite a good bank. The other reviewer states they didn’t live at an address for three years. If you don’t tell the bank, how are they supposed to know?

No frills but does exactly what you’d expect. Easy to pay bills and move money. Only wish is if they had a budgeting tool, otherwise great app.
Decimal point problem

My system language is French and in France we use coma as séparateur décimal (decimal point), as in most other European countries. Therefore, when doing mobile deposit, my keyboard does not give me the option of “.”, making the number always incorrect. For example, when I type “$120,00”, the system will recognize it as “$1200.00”. I hope you will fix this problem soon!

Noticed in this latest version I can no longer get to my statements. Not on the iPad or iPhone. Not sure how that’s an improvement. I can’t be the only person that looks at a statement!!
