No Credit Card Feature? – Citizens Bank Mobile Banking Review

The app so far has been perfect but recently after receiving my Citizens Bank Credit Card, it doesn’t seem like they have a way for us to see our credit-card balance along with the option to make a payment which is a real bummer. Kind of like an app or section for us to do this. Capital One and other credit card companies however seem to have apps for this purpose and it’s a little unfortunate that Citizens Bank hasn’t caught up to the trend. Hoping that the much needed change happens sooner so I can truly enjoy and monitor my spending on my card.
