Can’t pay people w/Zelle – Citizens Bank Mobile Banking Review

Since Citizens Bank switched from Pop Money to Zelle I’ve not been able to pay the one person I set up to pay through Zelle. My phone is verified as is the receiver’s. Citizens’ Customer Service has been no help in getting this resolved.
