Very unhappy with your bank. You continue to make mistakes with no accountability. If my mortgage was not with you, I would not waste my time. I am not the only one who feels this way. Several friends I talk to have left because of bad customer service. Rude workers too.

I haven’t used this app on my iPhone in months because when I open it, it just spins and spins and spins. It never stops spinning. How do I get it to work?! I’ve been doing all my banking from my laptop because of that issue. Would love the convenience of banking on my iPhone, but this app just doesn’t work!

Worst bank ever!!!! My mortgage was sold to Citizen one 3 years ago and I have had nothing but problems! They recently changed the app and now i’m locked out of my account and i’m unable to make my mortgage payment on time. It’s ridiculous.. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank!!
It does what it’s supposed to do (Mobile/Online Banking)
