The app doesn’t work when you need it most. And when you call customer service, the hold time is over an hour?! I wish I can give citizens bank a zero rating.

I don’t have a citizen account but my mortgage was sold to them. I can’t login anymore to make my mortgage payments since the app was updated. Why?

Says I submitted two pictures of the front of the check for deposit when the second image clearly shows the back.

1. It is not reliable. Sometimes it doesn’t deposit check for example 2. It is old, very old. It is three generations behind other banks apps
