I love Chick-fil-A, and I was hoping they would be better at completely and correctly filling an order using this curbside service. I have a cold and didn’t want to go into the store. I just ordered a salad WITH their lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The curb service was fast and friendly. But...when I got home...NO DRESSING. ?

I can't think of anything about this app that I don't love. It lets me order my food while we work, and have it ready for me when my lunch time hits. No wasted time standing in line!

I love the app and the ease to use. I appreciate being able to see nutritional information. Where it loses a star is in not being able to order ahead and have food waiting for me. The way I see it, if the food gets cold, that’s on me. I would like the option to specify a time to pick up and not have to wait until I arrive to check in. That often slows me down as much as sitting in the drive-thru. Otherwise, two thumbs up!!

In the span of walking from my desk to the closest Chick-fil-A, which is 0.1 mile if even that, I signed up, was awarded a free chicken biscuit, ordered it, and tapped the "I'm here" button as I was 50' away. I then walked to the pickup spot and heard my name called within 30 seconds. They nailed it. Nice job app development team!

This is the best app and i love that i can pull into a parking spot and my order is delivered promptly to my car. No waiting in line inside or the drive thru. Kudos Chick-fil-A you’ve impressed me again!!!

I got chicken minis from the chick fil a in Moline, IL and asked why the biscuits were so doughy and I was told they don’t make them in store so there’s nothing they can do. My bread was so soggy and doughy it was uneatable. Horrible. I would add a pic if I could but I can’t.

I have a new appreciation for well-made food apps after using this one! So smart, great layout, and incredibly easy to use! I’ll definitely be eating at Chick Fil A a lot more often now, haha!

Order never received through app

I have ordered & picked up multiple times through app. Today went to pick my order at Fremont CA location after receiving notification that my order is ready but after waiting over 15 minutes, no one came with my order. After inquiring learnt that order never made through or was not being processed. Items received were not as ordered. Very disappointed after having good experience so far.
