Doesn’t work at the restaurant...

It does me no good to have the app if it doesn’t work when I get there. I’ve had so much trouble redeeming my cow calendar treats. There is a problem with the scan on my phone every time. This last time, the cow calendar treats was temporarily offline. I’m done with CFA for good.

Great App! It is very convenient. I really enjoy the curbside service. I usually get my food within minutes of ordering. It saves me lots of time. I love it!

This is the number many of a bunch that the Pearland Texas Chick-fil-A messes up our order. Used the mobile for accuracy. Didn't help. Missing drinks. Missing sauces. Missing food. Called Chick-fil-A and left message for them to call back. Only reason we eat there is our kids like the food. Us Parents are not budging off of "hating" the service. Not Happy At All.

Not kidding. This is my favorite app. I go to Chick Fil A weekly now just so I can use the app and get rewards ?. That Market Salad, though ??.

Curb side is 4 for 4 for forgetting the condiments. Food is great, service is great. But we ❤️ Polynesian sauce..... oh well. ?

App worked as expected. They had my food ready even quicker than they do normally which is amazing. I don't even understand how Chick-fil-A runs so efficiently

Not only do I absolutely love their food but the app is so helpful makes things so much easier especially when you have children and you just want to get in and get out. So easy.

I just us d the Chick-Fil-A app for the first time today! Food was made quick! Soon as I walked in...members were already calling my name at the Pick-Up section. AWESOME service & will definitely use it again!

App continuously crashed

The app turned off at least five times when I was placing the order. I spent more time placing my order on the app then I would have to going to the location and waiting in line.

Lost a treat because of duplicates

I love this app and features, but I have a recommendation. I recently had two cookie Treats. The app used the one that was expiring a month away and I "lost" the Treat that was expiring the day I purchased. Please add check to use the award that is expiring sooner.
