Having to remember to have the code scanned before one pays is a hassle. One would think Chick-fil-A would want to make clients happy to get rewards instead of dejected. Ordering via the app failed.

Between the obnoxious tip system and the fact that orders and checkins mysteriously fail or time out, it’s more of a waste of time to try using this app for anything.
