I love this app. It does what you want and gives you options you need. Only thing I want added is the option for Hi-C/Lemonade mix when I do the order. The people don’t really pay your notes any attention.
Still no direct pay with Apple Pay. really?

Apple Pay is almost 5 years old and yet we can't pay for orders directly with it!!! The fill up gift card is stealing as you won't allow people to empty the card, they always have to fill a rounded amount and can't pay for things with partial credit from card!! The BBB and my state AG should investigate.

This app has been super helpful on many mornings! However, as someone who has special dietary needs I could REALLY use a way to remove bread-like one can remove cheese or anything else- OR make sure the notes section of an order will actually show up on the restaurant end! I have seen variations between the several locations I frequent! “NO BR,” “NO BREAD,” ...nothing at some! It’s wasteful for the restaurant and frustrating for all of us!

Why will the app only allow three accounts? I have four calendars and with my old phone I could use up to three in one day, then switch to my last one the next day. Now that I have a new phone I’ve been locked out of my fourth account because it claims I’ve reached my limit for my phone. Can this be changed? I can’t help the fact that my friends know I love Chickfila and I get several calendars each year.

Not everyone wants to be guided through the app like we are older and or bad with technology. The guide was so annoying this should be optional at the beginning when using the app for the first time. Furthermore, it gave the illusion that my food was already being prepared while I was on the way when indeed my food did not start being prepared until I was already parked. This app needs a lot of revision- probably only has an acceptable rating due to the free food given out but when it comes to the app itself it needs serious work.

Great application. I work right next to one store and can always order, pickup and walk back to my store without having to wait in line! Shows prices and calories, and I have more time to choose my items than holding up the line. Also sends out coupons for my local Chick-fil-A regularly!

I have 4 kids and it is helpful to order ahead and not wait in line (don't chose to wait in line!). Lots of coupons and deals. Good for them too since we used to eat their maybe once a month and have been going once a week
Please Fix Menu Feature!

This app is so close to being perfect! I use it to scan my card to earn “treats“ and to place mobile orders. My only problem with the app is when I click on the menu button. It goes directly into a mobile order. Sometimes I’m not ready to place an order just yet because I need to look at the menu first. Please fix this feature. Other apps like Panera let you at least look at the menu before you commit to placing an online order.
