BEST APP EVER! Truly a lifesaver!

This app is amazing! It is super easy to use and very rewarding. You get free treats when you scan your Chick-fil-A card at check out or mobile-order on your phone. The mobile-order method is EXTREMELY fast and convenient. It allowed my order to be made before all the people waiting in line! There are so many options to customize your order exactly how you want and it makes it even easier than ordering in person. I love this app so much! ❤️

The app is easy to use, full functioned, and provides rewards every so often ($100 spent?). My only criticism would be the inability to complete an order before the store opens. Other perks are also available to the app (inclusion of the Cow calendar, special events, etc.).

Live this app! One request....be able to add previous orders by receipt number (to get rewards). If someone makes a CFA run at work, I lose rewards cuz they can’t take my phone to scan!

Great for avoiding lunch rush when on a time crunch. Always click "here" when turning into the restaurant and my order is warm and ready when I walk up to the carry-out spot :D

This was my first Curbside service experience at Memorial Blvd location in Murfreesboro, TN! It was great. Convenient and friendly staff delivered to my vehicle! Order was perfect. Will definitely use again!

Worst customer service I have ever received!

I placed a mobile order today, and have always been able to pick these up in the drive through. This time after I was there to get it I was told I had to come in. I explained I had just had knee surgery and it was very painful for me to walk in. To which they replied they were sorry and I would have to come in. I asked if I could cancel to which they said no. As I hobbled across the parking lot the3 workers at the window just watched me. No cars in the drive through, 3 workers watching me. I finally get inside, no customers at the counter but plenty of employees standing around doing nothing but staring at me. No one offering to help even though I was obviously struggling. I'm amazed at the lack of empathy and care. Needles to say, I will find another place!

Needs additional feature for allergies!

Tonight I ordered a Cobb salad in addition to several other items for curbside pick up. Within the item notes of the salad I put in capital letters “NO EGGS - allergic” because there was no option to order my Salad minus any ingredients. I also included within the whole order notes the same comment, in capital letters. I get my order quickly at curbside, but I’m disappointed to see my salad covered in egg. It’s been an exhausting day, my family is home starving and the restaurant is extremely busy. So I just take my incorrect order home because I don’t have the time or energy to go inside, with NO receipt, and wait for a new salad. At home we had to switch around who was eating what since the egg is chopped so finely it literally cannot be picked off. CFA is so accommodating of allergies when eating within the restaurant, it would be nice to see that accommodation extend to the app as well!

The mobile ordering is a great timesaver for people with children. I have four small children, and it becomes a bit of a headache trying to get them all in and out of the truck. The wonderful people at the Powdersville Chick-fil-A have been kind enough to allow me to pick up my mobile order through the drive-through, which is a huge blessing. Thank you so much
