Unbelievable convenience the first few times I used it. Last two times it says my order is ready so I go in to pick it up to have to wait over five minutes to get my food. I assume they have a time limit that coorporate is monitoring so they say its ready when its not. I feel like all the people in line think i am trying to cut the whole time i am waiting.

I love chick-fil-A's app it gives you a lot of free food. And it helps when you don't have money. I love that it is a Christian based restaurant.

Nearly impossible to figure out how to order catering trays. Will not load to allow credit card.

Went to the two notch store in Columbia Sc. They were so slow. What’s the purpose of using the app if everyone who goes through the line and orders gets their food before me? So disappointed

While traveling through Daytona we used our Mobile order at ChickfilA Daytona Speedway. It is super easy to use. And the folks here were so efficient and made sure our order was done just right! Thanks!!!

I love Chick-fil-A for providing the best chicken sandwich ever, for running its business so well, for its super friendly staff, and for doing it with Christian values. Oh, and the app works flawlessly, too!

I just drove 20 minutes to my local Chick-fil-A and waited another 15 minutes in line to receive my order only to make it all the way back home to find no Chick-fil-A sauce in my bag.

I just had a big issue with this app tonight. I purchase a lot of Chick fil a to get my free treats... so I put in a mobile order tonight to redeem my latest one. When I got to the restaurant, the “tap I’m Here” portion wouldn’t come up- the order was completely gone, so I then tried to resubmit another order really quick. It still said I had my treat available at that point. I added it to an order, but it was charging me full price and the app started glitching at that point. I restarted the app, and my treat was GONE from there on out. I know this is totally a first world problem, but geez that was aggravating. The treat never came back to my account. I explained the situation to the girl at the register and she offered me my treat, but I felt like they thought I was lying :((( The app seems to be more glitchy lately. Otherwise, I’ve loved it in the past.
