I have the new iPhone and I’ve downloaded the app and it just spins and doesn’t open. I’m so sad I use to use this app all the time. I’ve tried deleting the app and restarting my phone. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else with the same issue?
Terrible experience at the Tom Hill location in Macon Ga.

The only location I’ve been to that was not organized and disciplined. The drive they was chaotic. No instructions on which car to follow. Orders for cars that were 3-4 cars back coming out before just a drink. This place needs help!

They thought of everything! Notes for special request, sides, condiments. They prepare for every scenario and adjust when appropriate!!!
It’s the little things…

Food quality and customer service has declined. Some locations are still drive through only (the app doesn’t say). Prices are up. Portions sizes are down. The app won’t let you stack payments (maybe I don’t want to refill that gift card and just want to pay my balance with a credit card). The app won’t let you do that. Also, and here’s the big one- CFA periodically increases the points needed for a free reward, thus devaluing your current points balance. There are comparable chicken sandwiches around, you just have to broaden your horizons and seek them out.
