It's a great app download if you love your pets

I don’t think I have ever worked with a company as intent on quality merchandise and happy customers as Chewy. Like other reviewers, we also started using Chewy to purchase prescription cat food for our sick fur baby. Not only were we super pleased with how easy it was to get what we needed, but we also found so many other items (and some that we didn’t even realize we needed until we found them!) on the easy to use app. Our sweet baby did succumb to her illness a few weeks ago, but we are currently anxiously awaiting adding to our fur family again in February, and I’m sure that we will continue to use Chewy for a long time into the future. Thank you so much for reminding us that there are still great companies out there committed to great prices and even greater customer service! We ❤️ Chewy!

Not consistent with shipping

I have had a number of problems with this site. 1. They use FedEx Home shipping. My food goes to my office but FedEx Home delivers until 8:00 after we’re closed. I’ve had to change my name to “deliver between 9-5 attn: Sue” 2. I got 5 deliveries with expired food. It was the same product that they shipped to me 5 times in a row with the same expired date. 3. I’ve gotten 3 deliveries with damaged food. 4. I’ve gotten 2 deliveries with the wrong product entirely. Every package I get has a problem and I have to call customer service. If you can get a better price somewhere else, go for it.

My Grandma

So my Grandma's poor cat was mauled recently by coyotes. (I know, super sad man) So she calls the Chewy company, very down and out to cancel her order of cat food due to what happened. Not only did the representative stay on the line with her for a good amount of time consoling and comforting her, but they also sent her their condolences with FLOWERS. This warmed her heart so much, she wrote about it on facebook. You know the love is real if a grandparent gets on facebook to share something like that. I just wanted to say thank you to Amy & Chewy for brightening my grandmas day so effortlessly. That was an amazing gesture, and you have forever loyal customers in my grandparents & a new customer in me.

I absolutely love chewy they offer free shipping after $50 spent and 1-2 shipping as well . This keeps my Dutch rabbit ,Lucy . Well fed :) she gets her food and bedding from chewy as well as the toys they are the absolute best! Only thing I can consider is that chewy has a save for later cart or a wishlist so not everything u want goes straight to your cart and u can organize it however. Regardless chewy is still the best app I’ve ever used . Thanks chewy founders , workers I love you ?

Both my cat, Hope, and I have grown to appreciate Chewy. In a world where large businesses cannot possibly be personal when dealing with customers, Chewy manages to do it, anyway. I’m an “app” type person. And I can do nearly all “Chewy things” easily with this app. It saves me time; and, yes, it even has a a friendly “Chewy” look. This app has run well with each iPhone I’ve had. Runs great on the “X.” When I email Chewy, I receive back a personal email, showing someone actually read mine! They keep track of Hope’s prescriptions and send everything I buy at a fair price and as quickly as possible. If I call Chewy, I speak to a person. Our furry family members’ needs are important. At my house, Hope’s needs matter more to me than my own. The Chewy app gets to stay on my device.?

I’ve used Chewy to buy the vast majority of my pet supplies for almost a year now and have nothing but good things to say. The prices are great, shipping is pretty quick (though some times it’s more like 5-7 day shipping), and the customer service is the best I’ve seen anywhere. You’re not on hold forever, returns are simple and quick, and the reps are extremely helpful. I’ve had to make a handful of returns and each time the service rep has told me to donate the item to a shelter or a rescue. I’m not talking about a $5 toy either, one was a cat tree worth $70. I’m so incredibly happy to support such a generous company!

I absolutely love the autoship feature!!! My dog has gotten so used to the blue Chewy box that she starts to get excited when she sees it!!! I also have ordered all of her toys off of Chewy and I found so many that I just adored! I love the way the Mobile App is set up, it makes it so easy to see everything so clearly! I would definitely recommend Chewy to any pet owner! Thank You Chewy for a year service and dog food! :)
