We love Chewy.com! Literally put in my full order at 4:30pm yesterday afternoon and it was delivered before 11am this morning! Talk about fast delivery! If you haven’t tried it yet, and you’re a pet parent of multiple animals, you’re missing out! It’s so easy and with the huge selection, I was able to compare dog food and get the info I needed to switch to a lower cost food, but without taking all the good out of what they currently eat. This is our 3rd delivery from them and it makes life so much easier! Our pet stores are not staffed with friendly people, and rarely have our food in stock. I know with chewy I get both friendly service and my food is ALWAYS in stock!! Best site ever

Not One to Two Day Shipping

I’ve ordered from chewy.com multiply times now and spent more than 100 dollars on each order and I don’t get my package within the one to two day shipping. I’ve bought from other pet websites and have got my orders faster than chewy.com with just standard shipping. Very disappointed.

Everything is so much cheaper than in stores. Only flaw is their small pet selection for toys and habitat decor is lacking, hoping to see this improve though. I order near weekly for my rabbits since all of their oxbow brand foods and treats are significantly cheaper than in store. Shipping is fast, I ordered somethings yesterday and received my package TODAY! Shipping never takes longer than 2 days to arrive. Hands down my worst addiction and my favorite site for all my animal needs!

Chewy is so wonderful and helpful. Every time I’ve interacted with anyone at chewy it has been a breeze. Autoship makes my life so easy and I can switch it around if my pup eats more or less each month. Thanks chewy for being awesome and having an awesome app too! Awesome app and amazing service. I called to update with my new address and they had me send down a picture of my pup. 1 month later they sent me the cutest painting of my dog as a surprise!!! Hands down best customer service I’ve encountered.

I am on my third order with Chewy. My vet recommended the company to me. I am often out of the area with my dog. This way I don’t have to find a vet to sell me food. The very first order came so quickly but with a hole (like a 2” long gash) that pierced the box, bag and started to pierce the opposite side of the box. It was obviously done at FedEx at some point. When I called there was no hesitation or run around. Just, we will ship you a new bag of food. I asked “ how do I ship this back?”. Keep it. Well it was donated to the local shelter. The food was for my dogs food allergies and I don’t want to take the chance of introducing something to her. But the bag is $70. Helping Hounds was overjoyed to get it. Thanks Chewy.

Good app needs some work

I started using chewy and it’s a wonderful concept and I personally love using it. The only problem at my time and my update is it won’t let me add anything to auto ship. Please fix this. Other that that it’s amazing.
