Not consistent with shipping – Chewy - Where Pet Lovers Shop Review

I have had a number of problems with this site. 1. They use FedEx Home shipping. My food goes to my office but FedEx Home delivers until 8:00 after we’re closed. I’ve had to change my name to “deliver between 9-5 attn: Sue” 2. I got 5 deliveries with expired food. It was the same product that they shipped to me 5 times in a row with the same expired date. 3. I’ve gotten 3 deliveries with damaged food. 4. I’ve gotten 2 deliveries with the wrong product entirely. Every package I get has a problem and I have to call customer service. If you can get a better price somewhere else, go for it.
