Can Dog food with Treats

I gave 4 stars. I love Chewy, but when I order 2 cases of can dog food and treats. When I receive my order all my treats are squashed from the cans. This is the the only time it has happen. I now buy the treats at the store. I wish they would ship it separately.

We got a coupon for Chewy.com in the mail and I decided to check out the site before tossing it (I figured it was a scam honestly). Boy am I glad I checked first! Chewy has been a blessing for us, a house of 3 dogs and 7 cats. There was a mistake in my first order, a cat toy was missing. I called customer service and William was so very helpful! He had the missing toy replaced and reshipped right away, no questions asked. My pets get so excited when they see the Chewy box come bc they know it’s for them! I love Chewy! I use their auto-ship to get catnip and cat food for my fur babies! I also get toys and reptile ? treats.... but off that this app it easy to access and navigate it doesn’t shut down like other apps it has all the stuff I need and great prices ❤️ and I can easily find the contact/help if I need it... I mean chewy is great ??

The absolute best place to get things for your animals. You order it per-say Monday and it’s there by Tuesday. You have an issue with your order? They give you 100% refund or re send of items. My pup kept chewing up his beds I got from there & so she not only spent an hour helping me find one tear proof, also refunded the beds he tore AND gave me 10% new bed. Now that’s great customer service!!! THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES DOG FOOD TOO! You can even get free deliver & auto ship which is so nice! Also watch out for good deals! Half price dog food, or buy one get one free!!!

I bought food for my Yorkie. He didn’t care for it. Chewy refunded my money and told me to donate the food the my local shelter. I gave the food to a friend who bought a dog. Her dog loved the food. Now she is shopping with Chewy.

Ordered over 50 dollars of stuff on the 17th, app updated and said everything was shipped out on the 18th just tracked my package and now the bulk of my items won’t be here until the 22nd..... so much for 1-2 day shipping. Even if it is 1-2 day business day shipping it should be here sooner than the 22nd..... not a good 1st experience
