CHEWY.COM vs WALMART PRICES??

Chewy.com their prices are the same as Walmart I was looking for wet food for dogs 24 count almost $17 and Walmart same price as they selling it.... THEY PUT COMMERCIALS ON THE TV WE ARE CHEAP!!!!! I really don’t think so?????????

I used to get my food delivered on a auto ship for my two dogs from chewy until the first time they fell through with the promised 1-2 day shipping. I didn’t have food my dogs that day as I was waiting all day for the package to get there ( everything read online as if it was still supposed to be shipped on the correct day.) It was now 8pm and I called Chewy to figure out why I my package hadn’t been delivered yet and they very defensively argued w me about the shipping policy and how “sometimes” it doesn’t work that way. NO- if you advertise online that you get 1-2 day shipping when you spend a certain amount of money- it needs to happen that way- every time. I got no where with customer service so I just switched my $70 order every two weeks to a competitor who has never missed a ship date. I still use chewy for things that are not time sensitive (toys & treats) and have never has an issue with those— probably because I don’t monitor the shipping time on a toy. Fast forward to my most recent order- once again to where I spent over the needed amount for the faster shipping. My dog has just had her puppies and I need the charting information I ordered ASAP to be able to track the health of the puppies. The package was supposed to arrive two days ago- and I just got another notification saying it won’t arrive until 3 more days from now ! That is 5 days past the promised arrival date. Once again- I call chewy customer service and explained that this was a time sensitive thing and I never would have bought it had I known it would take this long- the representative tells me that it is “coming from a farther warehouse” and that is why. NO- it doesn’t matter where it is coming from- you advertise 1-2 day shipping, so if you don’t have it stocked in your closet location, then you need to pay to honor the agreement with your customer and get it here on the date. I am so disappointed in chewy and especially the way they handle these matters. I just hung up on the representative because she is trying to argue w me.. about the posted policy. So, if you just need toys and don’t care when you get them- chewy is great. But if there is anything time sensitive- stick w amazon prime.

I’ve been using chewy.com for all my pet needs for almost 6 months now. I have my dog food on auto ship and without fail it gets to me within 2 days, did I mention that’s with FREE shipping. You receive reminders of when your auto ship will be approaching so that you have plenty of time to reschedule, cancel or change your order before it goes out. Anyone who has a pet should be using Chewy.com! Their prices beat the competition too.

Chewy saves me time and money. The customer service is amazing..so friendly and helpful. I love the auto-ship. I never have to think about running out of food, it shows up right on time! It’s so easy to delay or speed up a shipment if needed. I highly recommend this company to anyone with pets.

Haven’t ordered yeah but will update when I do, but loving the site so far the two day shipping sounds great and to make it even better that the shipping is free. I thought it would be expensive truly, but when I got on the site everything appeared to be even cheaper than in the stores!!!

This is the best company/app you’ll ever use. I never have to go to a store again because the app has pretty much every thing for my kitty! Even the shipping doesn’t cost a fortune, super affordable. I love how I order my cats food, and it usually gets there after a day or two. My cat only eats fancy feast beef, and chewy sends me case of just beef. Chewy always has a personal touch for everything. Few days ago, I got a card from them saying “I hope your kitty loved the food”. It’s really nice to use a company that genuinely cares about your little furry friend. I 10/10 recommend using chewy because it’s simply the best.

On Dec 19 at about 7 pm I ordered dog food. Having never ordered it online, I thought I would give it a try. The next day Dec 20, at 3:30 Fedex dropped a box off at my front door. Not sure what it could be as I had not ordered anything lately except to dog food. And yes there it was, less than 24 hours since I placed my order the food was there. I was like you have to be joking, that is really fast shipping. WOW!!!! And they I read reviews from customers and how you helped them with orders for pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge. Amazing!!! And yet there is more, and so you credit their accounts for the money, however you ask the food if not needed to be donated to a shelter, WOW again!!! That is awesome that you did not want it sent back. And still more, you sent condolences and flowers to owners of the pets that passed. WOW!!! I will not only use this company for all my pet needs, but I highly recommend Chewy to all pet owners out there.

Where to begin?? If you ever need to call them, a person answers the phone. Not a recording. No button pressing, no hold times. The two people I’ve spoken with were extremely friendly. A month or so ago I received a hand written postcard thanking me for being a customer, and I was so impressed by such a kind gesture. Then just the other day I received a Christmas card, also hand written. ? Their shipping speed is FAST, and all of their prices are better than anywhere else I’ve found. I love that you can change your autoship feature at any time! If you’re out of food, you can ship now, instead of having to wait for the ship date. This company goes above and beyond, and that’s unheard of these days. It’s nice to feel like you are cared about and appreciated. I am a customer for life. ??

I have 5 dogs, so I'm constantly buying them stuff. Chewy has the best prices (even better than amazon), their shipping is insanely fast (I ALWAYS receive my package 1 or 2 days after ordering), and they have amazing customer service and products OF COURSE. Anyone that has a pet needs to use this app! :)
