I cannot believe the customer service this company practices; its phenomenal! I happened to not care for a product and gave a mediocre review just git the sake of hoping to save someone else some time down the line. No biggie whatsoever. Well, the Chewy customer service department reached out to ME almost immediately with a lovely personal (seemingly, anyway!) note. Even though it was a small purchase that was not of much significance, their initiative speaks volumes. VERY happy customer here and I will recommend this company to every pet owner I know. As far as the app itself, searching and purchasing is a breeze! Very straight forward and user-friendly.

With their new quick re-order bar at the top, I can literally get the products my pets use ordered in about 30 seconds, and then, as always, shipped to my door in about two days.

Love the ease of this app, though I wish you could add more filters per category (dog and cat vs just one) and also there needs to be a wish list! I have things I want to buy in the future but I often forget what was in my cart when I make a different purchase and have no way of seeing what I wanted to get before. This would make things so much easier to be able to add a single item from a wish list (and more likely to get with my regular orders)

This company is amazing always the best prices, very helpful customer support who cares about their consumers and extremely fast shipping! I have had a few items I needed to return in the past and Chewy has always taken care of it immediately and fast. I will always be a costumer of theirs.

I’m so happy with the chewy app. It lets me easily change my auto ship date and remove and add items. I love it. Wish they had it earlier.

Good prices... bad systems

I used this for a few months and t was great. The. Placed an order for a product that they didn’t have in stock, they cancelled the order but shipped part of it (?). I placed an order for a replacement item, they put a hold on it, double shipped my original order even though they said it was canceled, double charged me and now I have to figure out what to do with all this. Seems like in 2018 a company who’s only existence is to ship pet food, they would have this figured out. I’ll stick to paying the extra $2 at Petsmart.

I used to shop at petsmart and pet I for everything, but I figured I would try chewy to see if there was a difference. Not only are the prices better, but shipping is super fast. I can customize my auto ship from the date all the way to the items. Their customer service team is quick and helpful and answered right away when I product wasn’t available and even offered to waive the shipping fee for a different product!

Constant Price Increase

I've been using Chewy to order pet supplies and food since 2012. I was introduced to it by a friend who said this website offered competitive pricing as well as no tax. I ended up using Chewy for 100% of pet purchases, totaling about $2500-$3000 annually. I noticed over the years, the prices for everything has increased, not gradually, but drastically. Eg. 36 inch bully stick used to be 10.99, and now I believe they are 15.79. Another example is the cat litter I used to buy was $22.74 in 09/2017, we'll, it's now $25.99 as of 01/2018. These items among many others went up in price. Also, taxes are now included (through no fault of Chewy, of course). I'm just disappointed, and have cut down my purchases to about 50% of all pet purchases. I've started using Amazon(which offered many of the items I've been purchasing at Chewy), but because I have Prime as well as an Amazon Visa, I get free-shipping regardless of purchases, as well as an additional 5% cash back. On the bright side, Chewy has a very responsive customer service team, but to me, that's not enough to off-set the constant price increase.

Not impressed with the App

I really enjoy the simplicity of the Full/Main site, but the app never wants to recognize my sign-in credentials. Complete Thumbs-up for Chewy’s product line, pricing and Customer Care, but their app needs work.

I always have been satisfied with chewy. My uncle told me about it and I looked it up. They have the same products as other pet shops but normally it’s cheaper but same quality! Happy owner, happy pets.
