Heard good reviews, believe them – Chewy - Where Pet Lovers Shop Review

I am on my third order with Chewy. My vet recommended the company to me. I am often out of the area with my dog. This way I don’t have to find a vet to sell me food. The very first order came so quickly but with a hole (like a 2” long gash) that pierced the box, bag and started to pierce the opposite side of the box. It was obviously done at FedEx at some point. When I called there was no hesitation or run around. Just, we will ship you a new bag of food. I asked “ how do I ship this back?”. Keep it. Well it was donated to the local shelter. The food was for my dogs food allergies and I don’t want to take the chance of introducing something to her. But the bag is $70. Helping Hounds was overjoyed to get it. Thanks Chewy.
