Great company to order pet products through. Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced. Always so friendly and helpful. I’ve messed up my orders a couple times and they always fix it, a package that was delivered never made it to my doorstep and they replaced it, plus they give discounts when you auto ship. Can’t stress enough how much I love Chewy

I’m sure this is not the first time you’ve heard this but your company ROCKS! I won’t bore you But during a Hurricaine my Wife and I and our 3 animals had to go to a hotel. Long story short my Cat Max disappeared From our room. I had just received 2 large bags of litter. I called and asked if I could return the 2 unopened bags. I was told that a full credit would be issued and I should donate the litter to an animal shelter. That’s the way to take care of your customers. Chewys all the time at my house. P.S. Max was found 21 days later and Chewys is his favorite company. Thank you for you compassion when my wife and I needed it.

This company is absolutely amazing. I order the large bag of chinchilla food every few months. One bag sent was cut open by someone in the warehouse possibly forgetting to put receipt in box. and when I took the bag through the house I had a pellet trail throughout the whole house. Chewy sent me another bag free of charge. Thankyou. I wish you could stock more chinchilla stuff like pine houses and different size ledges. Still happy happy.

I used to buy cat food from Walmart and other stores I spent a lot of money but as soon as I discovered chewy I saved on average $20 per month plus they give you a 30 percent discount for your first order and they have a lot of promos and discount codes last month I got a 15 dollar off orders. I highly recommend using chewy for your pet food and supplies because it’ll save you a lot of time and money and they ship your orders very fast thank you chewy for being the best

I had a bad experience with a chew toy I ordered of the app. My dog destroyed it within a week and had possibly eaten the ends off. After leaving a bad review of the toy they emailed a letter apologizing and refunded me for that toy. They even recommended better toys that would last for heavy chewers! Great customer service.
