Constantly Crashes

LittleDeeBee227

A while back they had a bug fix and the endless waiting for the site to load seemed resolved. For some reason lately I cannot even access the app, it just crashes as soon as I hit “log in”. Come on Carefirst, get it together!

Not good

HLC0403

The app never loads. Only receive a blue bar like it’s trying to load. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app several times. ??

Call Instead

Ellenjimer

Don’t bother using the app because it isn’t user friendly. Instead of wasting your time on it, I recommend that you call a Carefirst representative for information.

Not working

Denimjacket

Haven’t been able to log into app in at least 4 months. Keeps telling me about an update then says it’s having trouble gathering needed information.

It DID work...

The app did work on my iPhone 7. Upgraded the phone and my iOS and now it force crashes every time it opens. Glad to see my premiums being put to good technology use.

Apparently CareFirst Doesn’t Care?

Atari8717

Broken app. All of the negative review are correct, the app just crashes immediately after you accept the EULA. Interestingly, there have been at least 3 “minor bug fixes” released over the past few months, yet the app does not function at all.

Doesn’t accept any login info

MintyFrsh

I’m unable to log in with my correct username and password. When I thought I had to reset my password, the app wouldn’t accept the verification code that had just been emailed to me - I could enter the code, but the accept/continue button wouldn’t actually do anything.

App will not open

Fix your app. For a large company you should have better apps.

Can never sign in ugh

Heavenbound Angel

I just go through web browser. It always having issues pulling up my info, forgets my security photo, just deleted app. Get new developers

Fix your app!!

JosiannaD

Agree with the rest- accept terms and it doesn’t go anywhere from there. How can a big insurance company have such a difficult time making an app? Just fix it already. Otherwise why have it?
