Couldn't even sign in, kept crashing

When I first opened the app, it promoted me if I wanted to use my fingertip login (iPhone), however it still required me to press login and then crashed. Every time I open the app, I click on login and it immediately crashes. Happened every, single, time. Very dissapointed...

I've tried over and over. This app is crap. It crashes, you can't log in, it crashes. apparently not a person in tech that works for this company cares that this app is crap and is has a low rating. I'd give it a zero, but there is no option for that. Don't bother to download this. I'm an iPhone user.

For anyone who might care, I first reviewed this app in June 2017. I’ve updated my review with every update of the app. It STILL crashes when I tap the login button. 9/25/17 iOS 11 9/30/17 update. Same issue. 10/11/17 same 10/14/17 same after update Still completely useless.

Works, after a reinstall...

I need this to compare basic information. Works as advertised thus far... But I needed to delete the app then reinstall it from the app store to get it to stop crashing when trying to log in.

After updating the app, the app keeps crashing when I try to login. Had to delete the app and reinstall it and after that am able to login.

I did not experience the same issues described by other users. I installed, logged in as usual, and the app works as advertised. It isn’t too much different of an experience than the mobile site, but it works and is a quick way to log in (especially with your ID). Maybe they fixed the previous bugs?
