Please fix app. I use this app to get my cards, make appointments, and keep up with all my son's doctors. Since I updated my phone this app has become useless. App crashes when I hit login. Please fix!
Can't make a payment through app or iPhone Safari

What happened? Please fix this. Can't make a payment on my iPhone through app or mobile website. Had to go onto full website on a laptop to see make a payment button.

I used to be able to pay my monthly bill through the app, now I no longer can. I cannot pay through the mobile sit either. Please fix this as it is a huge inconvenience and I don't know how else to pay my bill.

Used to be able to use this app fine. Now, it wants me to answer the standard security questions for the HSA but it doesn't show the questions! Just two blanks that say answer the questions below. Useless! Needs to be fixed ASAP. Works fine through the actual website but app does not function. What's the point?

It won't let me pay my bill online and is the clunkist UI I've ever worked on, gonna be very happy when I switch later this month

Every time I try to log in, it crashes. I didn't have this problem a few months ago. It worked perfectly... not sure what happened.
Security question issue

I have the same issue with previous reviewer. When log in, it asks two security questions but does not show the questions. It just shows two blank spaces for answers. So basically you can't login.. useless. Please fix this issue.

Was able to use the app once successfully, but since then, it crashes whenever I attempt to log on. Have to use the website or my laptop.
