Crashes - not functional

After the latest update, I have not been able to log into my account via this app. This makes the app not functional at all. CareFirst really needs to step up their game with regards to technology.

Ever time I try to open the app I won’t even let me log in before it crashes! I’m going to try to reinstall it & hope that fixes it.

What a joke! I can't even login to the app. It immediately crashes on iPhone 7 plus. Did anybody TEST this app before releasing it? Who decided to release this?

I have the iPhone X, every time I try to log on, the app is always crashing. This app does not work with my iPhone X. Please fix.

After accepting the disclaimer the app just shows a loading bar, that keeps going to 100% then starting over again. App never loads to login page.

Same issue described by other reviewers. After accepting the Terms of Use you get a loading bar and nothing ever happens. Bravo. This is unacceptable I pay you a lot of money, Carefirst. Get it together!
