Painful with multiple accounts

Sometimes I want to log in with my account, sometimes with my wife's. The app makes this very difficult. It claims to have enabled TouchID for both, but there's no way to choose which account to use before authenticating with TouchID.
This version is broken

I loved this app to very easily check my claims and expenses, but now when I click “login” the app just closes.

It will not allow me to even click on the log in screen. Then just gets stuck on find a doctor.
Crappy app - use their website.

This app needed a lot of investment to get basic functionality working. This includes login. It forces you to upgrade if there is one available and then goes into this self locking "maintenance window" or in crash mode. Same behaviour as reported by most other users. The Urgent Care feature finds an urgent care but does not give more than basic info outside of location and number. Would be great to know if it is in-network or out of network and timings.
