I start the app, select login...and...nothing. Select it again and the app closes. Don’t bother downloading it. Stick to their horrible website...which at least works!

Since the latest update, the app just isn’t great. It’s super laggy when scrolling up and down. It’s like you scroll and the screen doesn’t move for about 3-4 seconds. Annoyed because I thought it worked just fine before. I’m also not prompted for my Touch ID, I now have to choose “Log Into my account” Please fix the issues.

The app is currently crashing upon selecting “Login to My Account”. It lags for a bit and then crashes. Please update again, the May 7 update appears to have caused issues.

Once I click to log into my account, the app crashes. Nothing on my end seems to remedy the issue.

I can’t use the app because when I try to login the app crashes. All the time. I have deleted and reinstalled the app dozens of times. What’s the point? Take some money from the CEO and make a better, more stable app, with more detailed insurance use information features that are easy to find.

I can never log in via the app. I select log into my acct and the entire app crashes and closes out or tells me my fingerprint/facial recognition cannot log me in. Which I’m totally confused about because neither has changed. I can only log in via the internet and even then I know I’m typing in the correct username & password but it will say it’s incorrect. Then I have to go through the entire process of changing my password every time I want to log into my acct it’s annoying and I’m about to delete the app! It’s just taking up space on all of my devices honestly??♀️

This app isn’t functioning properly. After hitting the login button the app crashes and closes. I’ve reinstalled it several times over the past 2 months and it still crashes.

The app lags. Constant errors. And password is always “incorrect” even though I know it’s not. Using the exact same password on the desktop site. Then always getting locked out. I think the app was developed as a Jr. high school project.
