Not reliable

Same as previous user. Download app from Apple store, It then wants to do an update from who knows where, not the Apple Store. It then continues to crash to desktop. Had to dial 911 today and app did not help. It keeps crashing. I can’t log into my account or find an urgent care facility or emergency room. The only thing reliable about the app is in crashing to desktop. App was “updated” again, 3-17-2018, by “someone”. It still updated outside of the Apple App Store. Apple, you should look into this! Again, I still cannot log into the app. CTD, this app is worthless.

The app crashes every time I try to log in to my account. This app needs attention/updates/an overhaul.

It immediately asks you to except the terms and then gets stuck at loading screen. Occasionally it will take me to a home screen and then starts another loading sequence. 20min pass and I still can’t get into the app. Huge waste. Really wish this worked so I wouldn't need to carry my insurance card.
Updated app not working!

I have always found this app very useful and functional, but have not needed to access it for a few months. So when I opened it today I was informed the app required an update. Once update completed I tried to login but the app just closes. I have tried deleting and reinstalling twice but still won’t work. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!!!
Not optimized to iPhone X and slow response to load data

It’s been 5 months since iPhone X released, app still not optimized to new display. Why hell app needs to update every time I open, even though it just updated through App Store update. App is not responsive, takes time to load content. CareFirst making billions out of people insurance but lazy enough to update App. SHAME ON YOU carefirst

I used to use this app almost daily. Now, it is unusable. Every time I open it, it says there is an update to do. After updating, if I click on “log into my account” the app will crash and I have to start over again. Same results. Running iOS 11.3

No wonder our health insurance system is so awful. Who at CareFirst released this garbage?

This app keeps crashing when you open it. I think this is ridiculous! For such a popular insurance company to not have a reliable app today is unacceptable!!
