Fails to find printer

No problem with Laptop running Windows, but on his IPAD this app fails to connect with my MP495, doesn’t allow set up, says no printer found. What nonsense. Fix your app so I can use it with my IPAD and print a Word doc. Very unprofessional!!
Scan issues

I have no problem with printing from the app, but my problem is with the scanning feature for every time I try, the app crashes. Can this get fixed ASAP?

printer probs
I have not used this printer for a bit. I’m displease that there has been absolutely not development on this crap app. No editing, and no resizing. I should at least be able to choose landscape or portrait without having to use an additional app. Shame on you canon. I don’t think I’m be purchasing another canon product.
Great App for IPad printing to a Canon printer.

I use this app all the time! Works great with the IPad apps, Pages, Numbers, etc... All you have to do is choose Export, PDF, then choose this app!
Crop shamefully messed up

I have a brand-new Pixma TS9155. What I see in the preview window is far from what I get after printing. Either the printer or the software do some slight but arbitrary zooming (even though my pictures are always cropped in advance to 2:3 and the paper used is 10x15), so I get parts of the picture simply cut out. Even worse is with bordered prints, where borders are not evenly sized on all sides. So amateurish that I’d suggest not using the app if one cares about frame composition.

It’s so stupid, it forces you to sign up to their cloud. Can’t even print pictures on the iPad or any websites. I regret even getting the canon printer. Here I was thinking how cool it would be to be able to print from iPad. So disappointed with canon. I would give negative stars if I could.

Just does not feel nice to use

The Ui is not up to par, with the look and feel, i can’t get much information about my printer like ink type or if ordering is available, would be nice to see it more organized. App is slow at time. And I can sometimes print with it.

Hi From about a week my canon app installed in my iphone can’t recognize my canon printer ip7200 I used to work with your app but now It tells me Your app does not support selected printer What that means???
