I don’t have any complaints with my printer. Can’t comment on fax because I haven’t set it up but still a great feature to have especially in the midst of Covid 19. I’m still on my cartridge that came with the printer and I used the printer sparingly

It keeps closing on me. Every time I open it it closes. It use to work now it doesn’t. I have tried everything. Deleting and restarting phone everything. Doesn’t work.

This app is very easy too use. Along with the Canon Pixma TS9521c printer, printing pictures for scrapbooking is now versatile and a breeze.

مرحباً. اتمنى لو كان باستطاعتي إضافة أربعة صور أو صورتين في صفحة واحدة مباشرة من التطبيق نفس البرامج الأخرى عند الطباعة يتم عرض خيار أربعة صور في صفحة هل إستخدام الطابعة لا يقتصر على التصوير والاحترافية ؟ لماذا لم يتم إدراج هذه الخاصية مسبقاً علماً أنني قمت بتحميل برنامج أخر تابع canon وفيه هذه الميزه لكن تكلف الكثير من الوقت كل صوره يتم إدراجها يدويًا وشكراً
Terrible Printer and Terrible App

Neither printer nor app work consistently. I waste hours on troubleshooting trying to update drivers, reset router, etc., just to print. Terrible product and a huge turn off for me regarding Canon quality. Do not waste your time with a Canon printer. It is a very frustrating experience.

It’s a brand new printer, just printed my first two copies and the color looks faded! What should I do?

Now that I finally took the time to learn the complete functions of this printer, it’s the best one I’ve owned. Although regardless of what brand you buys, ink and paper (as well as photo paper) will be pricey. But still, this printer and app combined, the best so far!!
