I don’t have a computer all I got is iPhone and iPad I downloaded the app to both the printer I got was only $50 and I print right off my phone and or iPad I love it. I’m in the trucking industry so I can actually take this in my semi or my car and print stuff off that I need.

It’s not working for me I have the pixma MG2522 and it won’t connect or even pop up I don’t know if it’s some kind of bug or what but I really want the bug to be fixed until then u get a 2 star review

The app itself is fine but the printer it is annoying because today we were trying to copy this picture my mom found and printed at work(we couldn’t find the image) and unlike other printers where you can copy and paper you already have this one didn’t and it might just be because of the model I have but the model I have is the TS300 model so idk if there are other ones but this is just plan dumb and another thing is that sometimes the images will come out this ugly green color it’s disgusting like it really looks like someone thru up on the paper.

Printer keeps disconnecting from the phones and not allowing us to reconnect and not showing the internet to connect and it keeps referring us to the set up manual and not giving any help with the situation

The app shows my printer. I am connected to wifi. I go to print and the app tells me my wifi is disconnected which is a lie. I was able to print a photo from another app with no problem. I painstakingly created a project and the app wont let me print. This app used to work but now it does not. Even uninstalled and reinstalled still same issue. Can’t print my project. Very upsetting
