Keeps crashing

If i could give this zero stars i would. I can’t print off my iPhone. The app won’t open and keeps disconnecting

Just installed canon app and after a few issues set up our G3200 printer. We are so used to just selecting a document selecting print option and away we go, no hassle no time wasted. This is not possible with the G3200.or is it? Canon, is there a plug-in or an app that will allow the basic function of using the print function within ALL other applications to print, rather than always having to go into Canon app. TIA

Keeps on crashing

App works good one time after you download it but when try to go back to it again it keeps on turning off . Installed it a few times but the same thing keeps on happening . Really bad app .

Most ridiculously built app which doesn’t have option for frames to print multiple images as collages!! Frustrated

Constant connectivity problems

It will work fine for a while then disappear like the hero in a spy movie. Totally gone without a trace. You can restart all the things, reinstall the LAN settings and STILL the app “can not find the printer.”

If you couldn't get printing over wifi to work, try again; restart your phone. It's in Canon's instructions to do so (buried.) Not super intuitive, but... Credit where credit is due. Once I restarted it worked with no other steps and printed quick. Maybe the app has since been updated, but I experienced no Byzantine setup issues other than the restart. That said, it's still not optimal; won't print anything from Pages or any of the other Apple Suite apps. I assume you could save them as PDFs. The old app was a LOT more trouble-free to operate, but I'm happy this one is somewhat better than the two star rating.
