Hard to find ticket

With the new update it’s a whole lot harder to pull up your ticket QR code and sometimes it won’t come up at all. Please make it easier to retrieve your ticket!! I bought it on my app logged in I should be able to pull it up easy!


This new app is awful

This new app is awful and not even an app, just web views. Getting your boarding pass is horrible. So disappointed you scrapped the old app; it may not have been slick but it worked reliably and gave you everything you needed This is a huge step backwards

I like boltbus and use it frequently, but this new app update is absolutely terrible and made it IMPOSSIBLE to book my trip. I tried searching for bus times and it would glitch, freeze or fail to load every time. After the fourth attempt, I booked it on my computer. I tried to download the tickets onto my phone (an extremely easy feature with the old app) but when the screen loaded, it was web formatted so I couldn’t even slide over to view my tickets or the barcodes!! DO NOT update your app if you haven’t already !!


The new update is horrible

For over a year the app would tell me to update to the new app. Never did see an update and also didn’t seem like it needed an update. The app worked great. Easy to log-in, book a trip, get to existing tickets to show to the driver. App worked. WORKED. And now they went and actually updated it and now it has a horrible interface that barely fits the screen, you have to enter a confirm number in order to see your ticket, that info doesn’t even display correctly on the screen, you have to PRINT it in order to have a copy of the ticket to show the driver because the app DOESN’T ACTUALLY STORE any of your travel/ticket info. I ended up just taking a screenshot of my tickets so driver can scan it. What is the point of having an app if it doesn’t even make any part of ticket buying and retrieval convenient? Wish I didn’t update.


New app interface is trash

Whoever developed the app obviously hasn’t used it themselves. Impossible to find/access my booking for upcoming travel without taking several steps. It looks like they just resized the website to try fitting on a mobile screen (not an actual app), with a much less user friendly experience. The old interface at least allowed you to do this. Here are some common sense feature requests for whoever the product manager/developer is (and if there isn’t a PM, then hire one): - Add a “My Reservations” button on home portal that doesn’t require inputting your confirmation # - Allow to add QR code to Apple Wallet - Login with Touch ID - Allow for ticket rebooking through app instead of calling customer service - Store credit card info on app for easier booking/rebooking


New update not as useful as the old pre-rebrand app

Why do I need to re sign in each time? How does this help? Also, like others said, after checkout it goes to a website like page where you can’t event scroll to see the content.

I used to be able to stay logged in to the app and get my booking information easily. Now I have to enter my confirmation number which defeats the purpose b/c I have to go find the email confirmation which means I don't need the app! Really frustrating.


I can’t see my ticket in the app?

What’s the first thing I should be able to do on this app? Get my ticket show I can show it to the boarding agents. Why do I have to find a printer in 2019 for my tickets? That’s ludicrous. Put it in my Apple wallet. Don’t hack together a series of links to webpages and lie and say it’s an app. How stupid. BoltBus is great for close intercity travel, don’t get me wrong. But don’t say you have an app if this is all it is.
